Trifecta of Power - Wii Make Music (First Cut)

This was done several months ago. Nate came in town to visit me and the craziest thing happened! We started making music! But the crazy thing was the music reflects who you are on the inside. Watch the video to see what songs describe me and Nate. Oh and there's a murder.

It's So Smooth

Song:
Eagles of Death Metal - I Only Want You

About: We started filming this video while Zach was at a soccer game. A few minutes in, Zach comes back limping and we discover he has a sprained ankle. So if you watch you can follow the progression of Zach returning, Zach fully bandaged, and then us with Zach at the Hospital. Not long after this I was having some very sharp abdominal pains which prompted me to say "Ow, I think that there is something abnormal with my physical body."

Nate took me to the Emergency Room and I was admitted and it turned out I had to get my appendix out. Meanwhile, Zach became Elon University's Homecoming King and Nathan and I became first ladies. The clip of me with my shirt up is my attempt to show my scars from the surgery. The text at the end is hard to read but basically Elon University won it's first ever Battle of the Chefs competition and you can see Zach bursting out with jubilation.

How We Rock

Song: The Hives - The Hives Introduce the Metric System in Time

About:
I wanted to make a video showing the Trifecta in their element of hardcore rocking. This video just goes to show exactly HOW it is that we rock as the title suggests. I am very proud of the editing in this video and how it turned out against the music. This was filmed over a fall break that Nathan and I coined the "Renaissance Fall Break" since we rented a bunch of classic movies from the library (on VHS) and drank Hornsby's and Miller Lites. All credit to Nate on doing the claymation (Yeah you can see his foot, it's awesome). My favorite shot is the first person view high five. I had always wanted to see that.

Isabel Stop

Song: Kyuss - Odyssey
Intermission Song: Seal - Kissed by a Rose

About: After Hurricane Andrew and before Hurricane Katrina, there weren't a lot of catastrophic typhoons. Well, Hurricane Isabel was going to put a stop to all that jazz and be the end all be all Hurricane for the kids of the future. Schools would be uprooted across the state and education as a whole would be reconsidered due to the massive beatdown that Isabel was gonna lay down on everyone. This video is a dedication to absolutely none of that happening.

The Funeral Video

Song: Kansas - Dust in the Wind
Bonus Song: Spice Girls - Goodbye My Friend

About: This is the video that I want played at my funeral. As you can see I already predicted my death. I don't know when it will be but I do know WHERE it will be and that's at a Peter, Paul, and Mary Cover band concert. Respect my dying wishes, sheesh.

Feel Good Hit of the Fall

Song: Queens of the Stone Age - Feel Good Hit of the Summer

About: I love this song. I've never done drugs, but I love this song. Really, I just love the Queens but that's another story.

Nicotin: Zach ran across the hall and got a "cig" from some guys. It was his first smoke.
Valium: Nate rythmnically pops a Cheerio in his mouth
Vicodin: Same as above
Marijuana: I rolled up a piece of paper and singed the end of it. Clever I know.
Ecstacy: Nate splashed some water in his eyes and then I shined the flashlight all around.
Alcohol: Zach is drinking a still sealed can of Guiness. So convincing!
Cocaine: This is actually dairy creamer and as I "sniffed" it I was actually licking it with my tongue. That's why when I come up you can see me licking my lips. Secrets are fun!
